Trevor, his brother and sister all visit their 96 year old mum Norma Levizke each week to keep her spirits up during the Covid-19 lockdown at her care home in the Perth suburb of Gwelup. Norma, originally from Sydney, has been profoundly deaf from birth so having visitors from her family during the Covid-19 restrictions is important.
Family members sit in the BaptistCare home's garden and Norma is brought to a door that leads out to the garden. This allows Norma and her family to then communicate through sign language.
